LIMESCALE AND RUST REMOVER 5 LTR (Contains Phosphoric Acid 27%)
De-scaler can be used to remove lime-scale, grease and dirt from all types of equipment. A blend of phosphoric acid and non-ionic surfactants, it is designed for use on a variety of items such as kettles, utensils, shower heads and taps. It can be safely used on a wide range of surfaces including stainless steel, chrome plate and ceramic.
For general descaling, prepare a solution of upto 1 part of de-scaler to 25 parts of water(depending upon the degree of build-up) and allow to soak for about 30 minutes. Drain solution and scrub with a stiff brush before thoroughly rinsing with clean cold water. Always wear adequate skin protection, rubber gloves, goggles (if likely to splash) and thoroughly rinse all surfaces with clean water before reuse. Always test small area before full application.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations the customer has up to 14 days following receipt of the product in which to cancel and obtain a full refund including shipping costs. Please send back the products to our address (at your expense) and following receipt of the product by ourselves a full refund will be issued.
Refunds after the 14 day period will be considered only up to 28 days after shipment date. Again, please send the products back (at your expense) and a full refund will be issued. No refund will be considered after the 28 day period.
The cancellation rights do not apply to items that have been made to order.
Please note that we can only accept returns for re-stocking that are in original packaging, unworn or unused and are in a condition suitable for re-sale.
Damaged goods should be reported within 48hrs of receipt of item, once we have the goods back we will refund in full, repair or replace as necessary.
